2026 Registration Details
We are a non-for profit organisation and rely on all players / parents and the committee to help run the club.
We have a proud history of success and will always strive to offer our members a club where they can enjoy their football in an environment which is nurturing, and players can develop. As the club has grown it is our objective that Gunners SC field teams in the highest level of competitions available in the local Association whilst at the same time place our players in teams that are appropriate to their football skill level.
2026 Registration

Junior players who are currently attending school may be entitled to the NSW Government $50.00 Active Kids Rebate Voucher.
Parents can obtain their voucher through Service NSW service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher
U5-U7 - $200 Includes registration, Match Fees and Competition Referee Fees - NO MORE TO PAY
U8-U9 - $245 Includes registration, Match Fees and Competition Referee Fees - NO MORE TO PAY
U10-U11 - $280 Includes registration, Match Fees and Competition Referee Fees - NO MORE TO PAY
U12 - $285 Includes registration, Match Fees and Competition Referee Fees - NO MORE TO PAY
U13-U14 - $340 Includes registration, Match Fees and Competition Referee Fees - NO MORE TO PAY
U15-U16 - $355 Includes registration, Match Fees and Competition Referee Fees - NO MORE TO PAY
U17-U18 - $365 Includes registration, Match Fees and Competition Referee Fees - NO MORE TO PAY
All Age: $500 Includes Registration fee and Match fees and Competition Referee Fees - NO MORE TO PAY
FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. ON-LINE REGISTRATIONS ONLY.
Please note that it is the age your child is turning in 2026 that determines which group they fall in.
Eg: A child turning 8 anywhere from the 1st of Jan through to the 31st Dec in 2026 will be in the U8’s and so on.
They can not play down in age. Anyone wanting to play up in age will need to be assessed to ensure they are capable and only if a position is available. Please call Tammy 0413 771 810 if you need further advice.
Please note that approval of your registration does not automatically mean your child has secured a place in a team.
Whilst we’ll endeavor to create teams to accommodate as many as possible, there may not be enough players to fill a team in each grade. Early registrations will assist in minimising the chance of this happening. Should we not be able to place your child, an immediate refund will be issued.

Code of Conduct:All players (including parents / guardians of junior players), Coaches and Managers are required to accept and abide by the Gunners Soccer Club Code of Conduct. The documents can be viewed on the club website.
Equipment Purchases: Socks & shorts will be available for purchase on all grading nights and at the U5, U6 & U7 orientation day.
Shorts $25.00 / Socks $15.00. EFTPOS available.
Team formation (grading / placement), Training & Games
Please note team grading / placement dates and times below and ensure you have registered prior to commencement of any football activity with the club. Players must be registered with www.playfootball.com.au to be eligible for trials to ensure they are covered by insurances etc.
Small Sided Games: The following age groups will be playing ‘Small Sided Games’ in 2026:
U6 & U7: Number of players 4 v 4 Ball Size 3
U8 & U9: Number of players 7 v 7 Ball Size 3
U10, U11 & U12: Number of players 9 v 9 Ball Size 4
U5, U6 & U7 Team Formation (Orientation Day):
Saturday 7th February at Gunners Soccer Club, Bensley Road. 10am Start.
Please note grading / placement dates and times below as you will be required to attend and participate in games.
2025 coaches are encouraged to attend team grading/placement to assist with the process.
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY AND BE READY TO START ON TIME.
All participants are required to wear proper football attire (football shorts, shin pads, socks & boots) and have a water bottle for all football activities.
Senior Ladies & Men’s Players: Once registered you should contact your Team Manager for training details etc.

Macarthur Football Association wants to ensure that all coaches are accredited and as such a number of coaching courses will be available for enrolment. Please ask us for more information on the courses at registration.
If you are already an accredited coach you will need to provide the club with your coach accreditation information at registration.
Canteen
Please note it is a condition of joining our soccer club that you assist with Canteen duty. We require 2 players/parents from each team for 1 hour before and after EVERY home game.

Refunds
